1. Scope
1.1 The following general terms and conditions, “GTC” for short, of Urs Kalecinski (hereinafter “seller”) apply to all contracts and services that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter “customer”) makes through a purchase in the online shop.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply accordingly to contracts for the delivery of vouchers, unless otherwise expressly regulated.
1.3 A consumer is any natural person, companies are legal entities.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation email.
2.2 The customer must ensure that the email address he/she specified for order processing is correct, so that the emails sent by the seller are sent to this address. Mails can be received.
3. Contract language
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
4. Right of revocation
4.1 Consumers generally have a right of revocation.
4.2 The revocation can be made verbally or in writing by email within 14 days.
4.3 The period begins on the day on which the consumer receives the goods has.
5. Terms of delivery
5.1 Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the respective destination.
5.2 We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5.3 Vouchers will be sent to the customer by email
6. Terms of payment
6.1 The prices quoted are total prices, which already include sales tax.
6.2 The following payment methods are available in the shop: payment in advance, SEPA direct debit, Paypal, credit card
6.3 In the case of advance payment, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. .
7. Retention of titlet
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Warranty and guarantees
8.1 If the purchased item is defective, the statutory liability for defects applies.
8.2 Deviating from this, the limitation period for claims for defects in used goods is one year from delivery of the goods to the customer.
Right of cancellation
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or someone named by you Third parties who are not the carrier have taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Urs Kalecinski / Kalecinski-business@web.de) a clear statement (e.g . a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from this result that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You will have the goods immediately and in any event no later than returned or handed over to us within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a to check the nature, properties and
functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General information
1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2. If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3. Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite
for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How is it shipped?
All products from the range are shipped with DHL. Shipping to packing stations is also possible.

Delivery is worldwide
How high are the shipping costs within Germany?
For orders with a delivery address in Germany we charge EUR 4.95.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time within Germany is 7-10 working days after receipt of payment. Deliveries outside of Germany are different.
